a dream showed me how to do this, and when I tried it, it worked !
biology is after the electrons, the sugar you eat is easy to extract this energy, but there are more direct methods. the electron is a fractal pattern, you can keep adding energy to them and they get bigger... so these electron charge clusters (ken sholders called them EVOs, everyone that finds them seem to call them by a new name) can be used as "food" for biology (they can also mess things up). 10 types of bacteria directly eat electrons, and at least the people I tried this with, humans seem to be able to do the same.
remember these are the same instructions to get hit by lightning... so, this is true mad science.
to do this, you need a high voltage hand held power supply (300KV limit, 3W of power), connect yourself to
positive and point negative at about 45° up into the air. wear normal
shoes, super insulating ones will hurt you, no shoes fails to work...
standing on a plastic chair or stool also does well.
there are more of the charge clusters out there in some places and times.
find
a spot where the earth currents are, use 2 compass separated by a
distance and look for spots they don't point the same direction. (you
are in an active earth sky electrical connection point then), you are looking for a 5 to 10 degree change, or maybe one of them will be more lazy to update direction than the other. and to some degree you can move these spots with the high voltage wand. and the spots tend to be where the ground is more conductive, it usually follows the water in the landscape
time of day is best about 10am to 11am, maybe as late as 1pm.. by 4pm it is almost all gone
leading edge of storms also has lots, and I mean lots, it can be painful.
you will feel this very clearly (don't wear a hat or be wet when you try this)
the energy feeds everything, you, infections, everything.
as a one time thing it recovers people well, used daily it causes issues with things like infections.

inside the PVC tube is a 15KV power supply (currently sold on amazon and ebay as a kit) meant to run of a single 18650 battery and run through a 20 stage voltage multiplier array. (it will clearly not reach full voltage, the point is it is close to an infinite impedance) positive connection is on the side of the switch, negative output on the far side. hopefully you can figure out the other required item with just the picture, but larger compass might be a good idea as it is not a huge change you are looking for.
