my favorite corn bread
my favorite corn bread.
2 eggs
2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
2 cup corn meal
1 tsp. salt
450F for 20 to 25 min.
cook in a cast iron pan for best results

You like peppers, right? Do this: chop fine some jalapeno peppers, sautee them in butter, mix them into your batter. For a cool color combo, chop some red bell pepper, too.
