Aspartame
Aspartame causes cancer, this study has no conflict with all the previous studies, the difference is that all the old studies ended at 110 weeks, and no cancer shows up at that point, but if you wait longer, you get very different results.

Also, don't use powdered whiteners. You know, the stuff you use in coffee instead of cream or milk. That stuff will kill you.
