key logging hardware in a dell laptop ?

anyone seen this web site, someone emailed me about it and I really do not know what to think.
I have had my laptp open and don not think I saw it, but it would be easy to put something like this on the main board, so why was it there? or was it just this guys computer ? or was it an add on to an older design ?
anyone have a new dell laptop that we can take apart ?
