french fries
according to some websites I should call them "freedom fries" in order to protest the french not supporting the iraque (spelling) war.
any way, I just turned 2 big potatoes into fries using canola oil, a salad spinner, and my deep fryer and then I ate them.
it was strange, that was lots of food, but I am still hungry, kind of.
making french fries was really fun.
I will do it more often now that I have oil in the deep fryer.
