I left for many reasons.
one was no respect.
one was that heather is really a mean person.
one was heather is manipulative.
one was rena wanted me to teach heather how to do her job in weekly meetings. I do not think this is even possible
one was that things were being managed so badly that something is going to happen very bad unless they get very lucky, and
I don't really want to be there for my social security number to get stolen and watch lawsuits get put on most of my department.
and I told rena that this will happen, and she chose to support the mean and clueless person, her choice, but I will not let it hurt me. its one thing to have your supervisor not like you, it is another thing to have everyone all the way up the command chain all be friends with each other. no hope, no point, I had to leave.
