make your own car battery
ever wondered how to make your own car battery ?
there have been lots of improvements to it over the years,
one of them is to take a high speed rotary grinder and make ridges on the lead plates to increase surface area.
here are the scans of the pages of the magazine that tells you how to do it the old way, from 1917, I suggest that you use glass or a plastic container instead of using wood, and I would make double the number of cells so that you get 12V.
